  • Broker APIs and Servers - External broker trading servers and connectivity services
  • Cloud Infrastructure - Third-party hosting and server providers
  • Payment Processors - External payment and billing services
  • AI/ML Services - Third-party artificial intelligence providers for analysis features

BY USING THIS PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

  • We do NOT guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. Service availability depends on third-party systems beyond our control.
  • Third-party software updates, changes, or discontinuation may affect Platform functionality without prior notice.
  • Broker server outages, MT5 software issues, or API changes may cause temporary or permanent loss of certain features.
  • We are NOT responsible for any data loss, sync failures, or service interruptions caused by third-party systems.
  • MetaTrader 5 is a trademark of MetaQuotes Software Corp. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with MetaQuotes.
  • Individual broker availability and compatibility is subject to change based on broker policies and technical requirements.

7. Platform Updates & Modifications

Trade Academy is continuously developed and improved. You acknowledge that:

  • We may update, modify, or change any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed at our sole discretion
  • Updates may temporarily affect service availability or functionality
  • We are NOT obligated to maintain backward compatibility with previous versions
  • You are responsible for ensuring your systems and browsers are compatible with Platform updates
  • We may require you to accept new terms or conditions following significant updates

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • Trade Academy, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
  • We are NOT responsible for any trading losses, lost profits, or financial damages of any kind
  • We are NOT liable for any decisions made based on information obtained from the Platform
  • We are NOT responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided
  • We are NOT liable for any damages resulting from third-party software failures, broker outages, or service interruptions
  • We are NOT liable for data synchronization errors, delays, or failures between MT5 and the Platform
  • We are NOT responsible for any losses caused by planned or unplanned maintenance, updates, or downtime
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

9. User Responsibilities

As a user of Trade Academy, you agree to:

  • Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
